Every connected second is billed. No 60-second minimum, no 6-second rounding, no "minute-billed" surprise. Five-decimal rate precision keeps long-tail destinations economical.
Your rate sheet is built around the destinations you actually call. Volume tiers and committed-volume discounts available for predictable monthly traffic.
You pay for traffic, not for capacity. Channel and CPS limits exist for safety and SBC sizing — they're not metered.
New accounts start prepaid (€500 minimum top-up). Postpaid Net-15 or Net-30 available after 30–60 days of clean traffic and credit check.
Invoicing in your preferred currency. Cross-currency rate sheets harmonized to your billing currency at month-end ECB rate.
CDRs are reconciled daily; invoices issued monthly. Discrepancy disputes accepted up to 30 days from invoice date with CDR backup.
Honest answer up front: we ask questions before we send numbers, because rates depend on what you actually call.
What we won't do: race to the bottom on rate. If a destination is priced at €0.001/min by someone, it's either non-CLI grey-route, gateway-jumping, or unsustainable. We price for routes that stay on quality. Where we can't compete on price, we'll say so.
