About Callivex

Callivex is the trading name of Lunatoria Prime LTD, a United Kingdom private limited company. We operate wholesale voice infrastructure, SIP termination, DID numbers and a white-label reseller program, serving VoIP carriers and ITSPs, CPaaS and AI voice platforms, cloud PBX operators, white-label resellers, enterprises, small businesses and contact centers.

What we do

We sell voice wholesale, by the second, on direct EU carrier interconnects. The same network serves office PBXs, enterprises and contact centers. Resellers get a white-label portal under their own brand.

We provide the voice transport layer for cloud PBX, unified communications and contact-center platforms.

How we operate

Operated by its engineers, not a sales floor. The person who answers your email is the person who configures your trunk. We pick up the phone when something breaks and explain what is happening when an upstream carrier has an incident.

What we say we do, we do.

Our principles

Honesty about scope. We list what we offer and not what we'd like to offer. If we don't have the route, we'll say so.

Honesty about quality. ASR, NER and PDD are visible to every customer.

Honesty about price. We price for routes that stay on quality.

Honesty about incidents. When something breaks, we tell affected customers within the same hour, in plain English, with what we know and what we don't.

Compliance & obligations

As a UK-registered telecommunications operator we are bound by:

  • UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018
  • EU GDPR for end-user data flows that cross into the EEA
  • The Communications Act 2003 and Ofcom General Conditions where applicable
  • National regulator obligations in each jurisdiction we issue numbers in (BNetzA, ARCEP, AGCOM, FCC, CRTC, etc.)
  • Sanctions enforcement (UK OFSI, EU consolidated list, US OFAC)
  • Lawful intercept where mandated by national law and properly authorised

We refuse traffic that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy or our Anti-Fraud Policy.
