Channel pooling: you pay for capacity, not per-DID lines

Traditional per-DID channel pricing makes you pay for idle capacity. Callivex pools inbound channels across all DIDs in your account, so a 200-DID hosted-PBX customer might only need 40 simultaneous channels.
