Voice for couriers, fleets and delivery platforms

Driver-to-customer calls that never expose a personal number, depot and dispatch lines that stay up through the peak, and numbers in every country you deliver to.

Drivers call through a company number

A driver calls the customer and the customer sees your company number, not the driver's mobile. Calls placed by your app or dispatch platform over SIP, with your number as caller ID.

Depot and dispatch lines that stay up

Inbound lines for depots, customer service and dispatch on trunks with automatic re-routing across carriers, so a fault upstream is not a fault for your operation.

Numbers where you deliver

Local numbers in 96 countries so a customer in Spain calls a Spanish number and a driver in Spain shows a Spanish number. Delivered over SIP to one platform.

Fits how delivery operations are built

Standard SIP for the platform, the app and the depot phone system, on one account with separate limits and reporting per operation.

  • Dispatch and delivery platforms that place calls over SIP, including in-house builds
  • Driver apps calling through the platform with the company number as caller ID
  • Depot and customer-service switchboards on 3CX, Yeastar, Cisco or Microsoft Teams through a certified SBC
  • Sub-accounts per country or per contract, each with its own numbers, limits and call records
  • Per-second billing, so thousands of delivery calls a day are billed for the seconds they last

Built for peak season

November and December are not the time to find out what a supplier can carry.

  • Your own call-rate and channel allowance, raised ahead of the peak you tell us about
  • Two active gateways behind one address and per-call re-routing across carriers on faults
  • Maintenance announced in writing seven days ahead
  • Network operations centre staffed 24 hours a day for live faults
  • Call records for every call, exportable for customer disputes and for your own reporting
Questions

Frequently asked

Can drivers call customers without showing their own number?
Yes. Calls are placed by your platform or app over SIP with the company number as caller ID. The customer sees your number, the driver's mobile is never exposed.
Can each country have its own numbers and reporting?
Yes. Sub-accounts each carry their own numbers, limits, balance and call records, so each country or contract is run and reported on its own.
How are thousands of delivery calls billed?
Per second of connected call, with no minimum and no rounding up to a minute. A 20-second delivery call is billed as 20 seconds.
Can we raise capacity for peak season?
Yes. Tell us the dates and the expected peak and the call-rate and channel allowance is raised ahead of it and brought back afterwards.
Which platforms can connect?
Anything that places calls over standard SIP: dispatch and delivery platforms, in-house builds, and depot phone systems such as 3CX, Yeastar, Cisco or Microsoft Teams through a certified SBC.
