Wholesale pricing

Wholesale rates are quoted per customer based on destination mix, projected volume, and traffic profile. Rates are tailored to your destinations and volume rather than taken from a generic rate card.

Per-second billing

Every connected second is billed. No 60-second minimum, no 6-second rounding, no "minute-billed" surprise. Five-decimal rate precision keeps long-tail destinations economical.

Custom rate sheets

Your rate sheet is built around the destinations you actually call. Volume tiers and committed-volume discounts available for predictable monthly traffic.

No channel fees

You pay for traffic, not for capacity. Channel and call-rate limits are there to protect quality. They are never billed.

Prepaid, always

Every account runs on a prepaid balance. Your balance and usage are visible in real time, and there are no volume commitments.

Invoicing in your preferred currency. Cross-currency rate sheets harmonized to your billing currency at month-end ECB rate.

Daily reconciliation

CDRs are reconciled daily and invoices are issued monthly with full CDR backup.

How a quote works

Honest answer up front: we ask questions before we send numbers, because rates depend on what you actually call.

You tell us: top 10-20 destinations, projected monthly minutes, CLI requirements, peak concurrent-call needs, current carrier (if any) so we can benchmark.
We respond within 24 hours (most quotes within 4 hours during EU business day) with: per-destination rates for your top corridors, default rate plan for the long tail, and proposed account caps.
You review. If the numbers work, we move to contracting, typically the same day.
Test trunk live within one business day of contract and initial top-up, with starter credit on the test sub-account.
Production cut-over at your pace. Rate plan can be re-baselined quarterly.

We price for routes that hold their quality, with clear CLI on every call.
