Can each consultant have their own local number?

Yes. Numbers are assigned per team or per consultant and presented as caller ID, delivered end to end. They are reassigned from the portal when someone moves.

Can our CRM place the calls?

Yes. CRM and applicant-tracking calling features that place calls over standard SIP can use a Callivex trunk. Office phone systems connect the same way.

How is high-volume calling billed?

Per second of connected call, with no minimum and no rounding up to a minute. The billing guide explains the difference this makes on high-volume calling.

Can we keep numbers off the list?

Yes. Do-not-call and blocked-number lists are applied at the trunk, per office, so a number on the list is never dialled from that account.

Can each office be reported separately?

Yes. Sub-accounts each carry their own numbers, spend limits and call records, so each office or team is run and reported on its own.
