Billing increments are written as two numbers: the minimum charged duration and the rounding step after it. 60/60 bills every call as at least a minute and rounds up to whole minutes. 6/6 rounds to six-second steps. 1/1 bills the first second and every second after it, exactly as connected.
Increments matter on every call. A 12-second connected call on 60/60 pays for 60 seconds: five times the airtime actually used. Across a month of real traffic the effective per-minute cost can sit far above the advertised rate. On 1/1 billing, the advertised rate is the rate you actually pay.
Wholesale rates are quoted to several decimal places for a reason. On long-tail destinations, a rate of 0.008 versus 0.0084 per minute compounds across millions of seconds. Five-decimal rate precision keeps small differences visible instead of hiding them in rounding.
Every connected second is billed: no 60-second minimum, no 6-second rounding, no minute-billed surprise. Rates carry five-decimal precision, invoicing is in EUR, USD, or GBP, and CDRs are reconciled daily. Balances are prepaid and drain in real time, and calls cut at zero, so billing can never run past the money.
